Sheila Isles-Truax:
Founder of Midland Physical Therapy, Inc, in 1995. Sheila earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1990 from Oakland University. She completed her Master’s Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 1992. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy as well as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Michigan Physical Therapy Association. Sheila received the 2004 Outstanding Clinical Instructor Award from the Michigan Physical Therapy Association.
Amy Campbell:
Amy earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 2004. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelors of Science in Movement Science. Prior to moving back to Midland, she spent 2 years working as a physical therapist and clinical director. Amy is excited to be working at Midland Physical Therapy, and helping people of all ages return to the activities they enjoy. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Michigan Physical Therapy Association.
Kristi Turner:
Kristi is a physical therapist who graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the Osteopathic School in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1998. She completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University where she played soccer as a 4-year starter. Kristi enjoys treating a diversified population through both exercise and manual techniques. She continues to be active with her two dogs, boating, riding on the Rail Trail in the summer, and snowshoeing in the winter.
Carolee Hinterman:
Carolee earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 1985. She has many years of experience in acute care and neuro-rehabilitation. Her special interest is the geriatric population and helping them to function well in their homes. Janet Schachtner:
Janet is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 30 years experience. Privileged to have worked in many aspects of Physical Therapy, she has been employed in both hospital and outpatient settings, as well as home care physical therapy. Janet was instrumental in editing a portion of the book “DASH: Diabetes Actively Staying Healthy,” as a member of the international diabetes education team at Mid-Michigan Medical Center.
Cathy Krenzke:
Cathy is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 15 years of experience in home care, rehabilitation, and outpatient facilities. In addition, she has taught Mobility for Life classes to seniors throughout the mid-Michigan region. Cathy and her husband, Kevin, are lifelong residents of Midland. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs, three adult children, and traveling throughout the United States..
Shelly Krawczak:
Shelly earned her degree in Health Sciences and Office Management from Delta College. She joined Midland Physical Therapy in 2007. Shelly is the Office Manager and duties include insurance billing and account management. She has over 20 years of experience in patient care and as an office professional.
Brittnee Carroll:
Brittnee joined Midland Physical Therapy in March 2008 and earned her Associates degree as a Medical Office Professional from Delta College in 2011. Her role at Midland Physical Therapy consists of transcribing all patient notes, scheduling, and assisting with billing as well as supporting our clinical staff.
Lisa Windle:
Lisa joined Midland Physical Therapy in 2004. Currently, she assists the office and clinical staff. Lisa is attending Delta College pursuing her degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
